Effective November 1, 2010, ClubRunner was the first vendor to go live with the RI Database Integration Project. Today, we offer one of the highest levels of integration supported by the data sync feature.
 
This automated integration means that every time a ClubRunner member profile is updated with new information, it will seamlessly update that member record at Rotary International's databases. This feature is optional for ClubRunner subscribers and requires a double opt-in, once at the RI Member Access portal, and once at the ClubRunner site. Rotary International Database Feature Updates

New API Upgrade (September, 2017)

Every time a member record or update to the club info fails to sync with RI's database, either the website contact or President/Secretary will be notified via a weekly RI Integration Sync Update Digest. This email will include the reasons why the sync wasn't successful, giving you the opportunity to resolve the issue.

New API Upgrade (August, 2016)

We've been working with RI's data division to upgrade the current sync feature and are happy to announce the latest additions to the RI Integration feature. With this new upgrade, we will be able to:
  • sync new member additions immediately
    • when adding new members, if the member does not have an RI member number, one will be assigned automatically; if the member does have a membership number, the same one will be used.
  • support change in member types between active and honorary
  • sync additional club info fields such as club website, mailing address, phone, fax
  • sync additional membership fields such as date of birth, sponsor, classification, work website
  • support automatic data sync for members transferring into your club from a different club

Club Membership Chair Position (March 21, 2013)

We now support the Club Membership Chair as an integrated officer. As soon as this position is populated, the RI database will reflect this immediately, ensuring that this member will receive proper access as well as timely notifications regarding membership.

Compare & Synchronize Member Data Fields (November 1, 2012)

This new function will allow you to compare your member data information as it appears on ClubRunner with what is available in Rotary International's Member Access, giving you the option to push your member information directly from ClubRunner to Rotary International or pull your information from Member Access to populate your ClubRunner profile. Therefore, if you notice a member's profile was inconsistent between ClubRunner and RI, you can simply push or pull the specific field data between ClubRunner and RI. RI Integration - Club Officer Information Goes Live (December 15, 2011)

Now available, club information will update RI's databases in real time! Updates made to the club's meeting place as well as the meeting date and time will be reflected on RI's databases in minutes. For more information, please click here.

Terminations (October 20, 2011)

Member Terminations are now included within the automatic RI Integration update. It no longer takes up to 2 weeks to complete. This process now updates within minutes!
