2011 - A Year in Review
At the end of a great year, here at ClubRunner, our thoughts turn gratefully to those who helped make our success possible - our loyal subscribers. 2011 saw many significant milestones and success for ClubRunner.
From mid-February to mid-April, ClubRunner had attended 20 President Elect Training Seminars across North America and 4 Zone Institites in October. In May, our largest event ever was the Rotary International Convention in New Orleans, which saw a record number of visitors to our booth.

Mobile App
The convention in May was also the scene of our big launch for our ClubRunner Mobile App - your key to connect to your ClubRunner website on the go. Surrounded by customers, employees and Rotary International staff, we celebrated the release of ClubRunner's Mobile App with a launch party. As we held live demonstrations to highlight the app, many customers helped one another download the app on to their phones.

The ClubRunner Mobile App received an overwhelmingly positive response from the user community and we saw the download rates triple post the launch party at the convention. Thank you to all of our customers for the support and appreciation. We're extremely excited to announce that the ClubRunner Mobile App for Androids will be releasing in January 2012!

Customer Wish List
Every year, we receive hundreds upon hundreds of suggestions from customers about features they would like to see within the ClubRunner platform. It is our goal by the end of the year, to try and incorporate as many suggestions and feature requests as we can from our customer wish list. Our team worked very hard this year to meet these requests and 2011 saw a record amount of suggestions and feature requests being fulfilled. From incorporating Google Analytics to increasing the size of images that can be uploaded; from offering more synchronizations within the RI Integration feature to offering options to build your own customizable reports; from adding numerous new options to the MyEventRunner module to improving the Event Planner feature; from adding International currencies to the Dues & Billing feature to developing the ClubRunner platform to support any language - we've accomplished a lot this year and of course, it would have never been possible without your support.  

In the New Year, we have even more resolve and commitment to continue expanding and improving ClubRunner for our customers. With a retention rate of 98%, we know we are on the right track and want to continue our dedication to make ClubRunner the best club management software out there. Here's to an amazing year and we look forward to achieving success together in 2012.
