2013 - A Year in Review
 
This by far has been one year that has gone by very fast, though we seem to say that for every year, don't we? We had a great year here at ClubRunner and we would like to thank all our users in helping make our success possible. We also welcomed Rotarians from all parts of the world to the ClubRunner community and are proud to be able to be able to truly call ourselves a global company.
 
Of course, it is only because of your support and encouragement, that we are where we are today and we hit as many milestones as we did.
 
Events
 
It is always an amazing feeling to connect with our customers and share their success stories. 2013 started with our first stop in our journey being the 2013 Rotary International Assembly in San Diego, where we had the opportunity to reconnect with our champions. From mid-February until Mid-April, we attended 14 President Elect Training Seminars and 7 Zone Institutes between September and December. In June, we had the honour of attending the largest Rotary event - the International Convention in Lisbon and the response we received was incredible. Seeing champions reunite at our booth, give live demos and share best practices with customers was a pleasure and having everyone join us to celebrate the official launch of Version 3.0 is the best memory we brought home from the event.
 
ClubRunner Version 3.0
 
This was also the year we went to the cloud! Based on the feedback we have gathered over the years, we redesigned ClubRunner from the ground up to be even more intuitive, flexible, scalable and faster. After countless focus group sessions, revision cycles, planning and testing cycles, we released the Website, Content and Newsletter modules of Version 3.0 this year. With new themes, layouts, functionalities and even more on the way, we want to provide you with an unlimited amount of resources to personalize your web presence.
 
International Growth
 
We're proud to be able to call ourselves a global company. This year, we welcomed clubs and Districts alike from Brazil, Mexico, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Russia just to name a few.
 
Our multilingual translation project is an ongoing success with our ClubRunner service most recently having been translated to Portuguese. Today, ClubRunner is available in English, French, Spanish, Dutch, Chinese, Russian, Portuguese and will soon be available in Italian! Customer Wish List
 
Every year, we receive hundreds upon thousands of suggestions from our customers about features they would like to see added to ClubRunner. It is our goal to try and incorporate as many suggestions and feature requests as we can from our customer wishlist. This year, as part of our Version 3.0 release, we saw a record number of customer suggestions implemented into ClubRunner. From new themes and layout options to headline and story customization options; from custom report templates to custom e-mail templates; from the release of our District Grants module to the release of RI's Compare & Synchronize feature for Districts; from implementing promo codes for event registrations to the ability to modify registrations from various areas; from the introducing the Birthdays & Anniversary widget to adding transitions and timers to photo album slideshows - we've accomplished a lot this year and of course, it would have never been possible without your support.
