Focusing on Your Needs

In a perfect world, what would ClubRunner do for your club or organization? If you're part of another organization other than Rotary, we want to hear from you and we'll tell you why.

We recognize that each club and customer is unique and that everybody has different needs and expectations. What works for Rotary Clubs may not necessarily work for another organization and while we've been improving our service for Rotary over the past 11 years, we've seen an increased demand from you to provide features and functionality to suit the needs of the various associations and organizations you are part of outside of Rotary. The fact that you think of us first as a solution for your other groups is more than encouraging and gratifying, and simply put, the only way to thank you is by doing whatever we can to learn more about and meet your needs.

Have your Say!

From extended membership options to more tools for productivity and public outreach, we've been listening to your suggestions and want to hear more. In fact, just like we do for Rotary, we want you to get involved directly in our development process. It's our way of giving you the stage to champion your wishlist items and tell us what your group or association needs.

Whether you are part of a Chamber of Commerce, hobby club, association of any kind or even just have your own business, we're starting a new focus group for you. A group that will serve as sort of an advisory board - tell us what's missing from ClubRunner, what you'd like to see in addition to what you see already.

Interested in helping shape ClubRunner for your group? Email us at admin@clubrunner.ca to join in and we'll be sure to get in touch as we schedule our first virtual advisory group meeting in January 2015.
