Terms and Conditions
*Important! Please read. The Barcode Scanner Module requires both the license and hardware to automate entering attendance into ClubRunner. Monthly License pricing above is for the Barcode Scanner software for which subscriptions are ordered annually, payable in advance. Our recommended scanner is the device listed above. You may be able to use a different scanner provided its output matches the same format, however we will not be able to provide hardware technical support. Please check with our support team prior to ordering any alternate scanners. All prices quoted in US dollars for customers outside Canada and in Canadian dollars for customers in Canada. All fees are subject to 13% HST tax for Canadian customers only, where applicable.
 
Add-ons are available for purchase in conjunction with ClubRunner subscriptions and are not available to be ordered as a standalone item. A minimum of a one year contract is required for all add-ons. Add-on subscriptions will be billed to match your ClubRunner subscription contract. If you are ordering an add-on up to 9 months after your renewal date has passed, your add-on contract will be reduced to the remaining time on your ClubRunner subscription, at the pro-rated amount. If your renewal date is coming up within 3 months, you will be required to purchase the add-on for the remaining time on your subscription, in addition to one year.

Shipping: Note, the Barcode Scanner unit cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Please allow 2- 4 weeks for shipping the unit(s) is provided by a third party vendor and is shipped out of the United States. The software is provided electronically by ClubRunner and includes all drivers and programs to read data and upload to ClubRunner and integrate to the Attendance Manager.

Support and Training: Your add-on includes unlimited technical support and access to the ClubRunner Support Center.

Usage, Guarantee and Warranty: The Barcode Module is ordered as a club-wide license for unlimited users to install and use the software on their computers. The Barcode Scanner’s software license comes with a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Hardware guarantee is subject to conditions set by the supplier. Extended Warranty subject to conditions set by supplier.
