Be the First to Experience Nova - Limited Beta Conversion for Clubs Now Available!
At this stage, only clubs that meet the following criteria are eligible to switch to Nova:
- Your club's primary language is English.
- To process online payments, your club must use one of the following providers: Paya, Worldline, Stripe, or PayPal.
- Your account currency must be supported by the payment providers listed above, if you process online payments.
- If your club uses the Dues and Billing module to charge taxes, please note that taxes are not yet supported in Nova.
- Clubs using zero decimal currencies, such as Japanese Yen or Ugandan Shilling, are not eligible to switch to Nova at this time.
- If your club has duplicate emails for any profile type, our team will work closely with you during the conversion process, as Nova does requires unique emails.
Important Reminder: Once your club transitions to Nova, the switch is permanent, and it will not be possible to revert to the previous interface.
As a reminder, there are no additional fees to switch to Nova.
